Must submit required documents for the 2nd selection process, in the case of a candidate who passed the 1st selection process - Grade & graduation certificates of a bachelor’s, a master’s, and a doctor’s degree (Including study and training in foreign countries) - Major activity accomplishments (including a letter of self-introduction and materials to demonstrate records) - Recommendation letters issued by two people (a form designated by CSIA) 3. Selection Method: Multi-step screening (multi-step document screening, assessment of an open class, an interview) 4.
